• Authors need to register and make payment by 31 March 2022 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.
• Non Authors - No refund after 30 April 2022. If on/before 30 April 2022, a refund of 70% of the payment applies.
• Registration Fee - includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings. A discount of 50% has been given for this virtual event.

An additional accepted paper by the same
authors can be registered at an extra fee (USD110 or RMB700 per paper) up to a maximum
of 1 extra paper.

- The registration confirmation will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The current registration system cannot return the registration confirmation immediately to your email.
- The organization name (in Chinese), the organization tax number and mailing address (in Chinese) should be filled up correctly if the registrant is from mainland China and an formal invoice is needed.
