Instructions for Presenters in Oral Sessions
Speakers are requested to log in in their respective Zoom sessions at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of each session. The duration of the keynote speech presentation is 45 minutes. This includes 40 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the audience. The duration of the invited paper presentations is 30 minutes, which includes 25 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the audience. The duration of the regular paper presentations is 15 minutes, which includes 12 minutes for the presentation itself and 3 minutes for questions from the audience. We could appreciate it if all presenters can adhere strictly to this time limit.
There are two following oral presentation modes
For those who choose mode 2, please upload your recorded presentation file to an on-line cloud storage space and send the download link to imws2020@nusri.cn before July 26th, 2020. You can choose one of following on-line cloud space methods for uploading your pre-recorded presentations. Either of the first two are preferred as the videos in the link you provided can be played directly without downloading.
All papers must be presented at the conference in order to be included in the proceedings published in IEEE Xplore©.
