• Authors need to register and make payment by September 30, 2021, in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.
• Non-Authors - No refund after October 31, 2021. If on/before October 31, 2021, a refund of 70% of the payment applies.
• Registration Fee - includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings. A discount of 50% has been given for this virtual event.

• Each student/regular registration covers ONE paper presentation only.
• An additional accepted paper by the same authors can be registered at an extra fee (USD110 or RMB700 per paper) up to a maximum of 1 extra paper.
• Student registration requires proof of enrolment in a full-time program.
• Additional Proceedings: USD $55 (RMB350) per item.

1. The organization name (in Chinese), the organization tax number and mailing address (in Chinese) should be filled up correctly if the registrant is from mainland China and an formal invoice is needed.
